2one's - Our Core Values
So, what is with the name 2one's (pronounced "two - one's") ?
When we started this firm it was important for us to focus on our core values. One of the first things we did was write down what was important to us as individuals along with what we thought was going to be important as our business philosophies.
In the end we came up with several core values that we center our company around. Two of these core values continuously seemed to be the most important to us:
- Faith, family, and friends first.
- Love what you do. If you don't love it, don't do it.
We could not decide which of these two core values was most important so we decided to leave them both as #1. Hence the name... 2one's.
The other core values for our company are:
- Act with the highest integrity.
- Your attitude is more important than your IQ.
- You can make mistakes, just don't make water-line mistakes.
- Don't be afraid to fail.
